Margaritas

Sometimes you just need a margarita.   Sometimes happened to be today for me. Don’t mind the poor photography on this one. This blog has never been about the photography.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to take photos of something that starts melting the minute it is ready?

Hard is the answer. Very, very hard.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to spend any amount of time taking pictures of something that you actually just want to drink?

Impossible is the answer. Very, very impossible.

Frozen Margaritas

Printable Recipe

4oz silver tequila
2C ice
2oz frozen limeade
1 1/2oz Cointreau (or triple sec)
1oz fresh lime juice

Combine in a blender. Blend until well combined. Serve immediately, garnishing with a wedge of lime if desired.
