These bars have it all. I mean they LITERALLY have it all.
I make zero claims about the healthiness of this recipe. This is really a 13×9-inch candy bar. Do me a favor and don’t eat it all by yourself.
Feeling guilty? Cut them up really small. Share most of them. Workout a little extra tomorrow or even eat them while you walk on a treadmill. Drink a glass of water before you eat it. Salted Caramel, Chocolate, and Peanut Cracker Stack Bars

8oz Club crackers
3/4C unsalted butter
1C brown sugar
1/3C heavy whipping cream
2C crushed graham crackers
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2tsp fine sea salt
2C peanut butter cups, chopped
1 1/3C dry roasted peanuts
1 1/2C milk chocolate chips
1/3C butterscotch-flavored chips
1/3C peanut butter
Line a 13×9 inch pan with nonstick foil or parchment paper.
Arrange a single layer of crackers in the bottom of the dish.
In a sauce pan, combine butter, honey, brown sugar, and cream over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Once boiling, add graham crackers. Reduce the heat to simmer.
Continue to cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Pour half of the caramel mixture over the prepared pan of crackers.
Sprinkle with PB cups and peanuts.
Pour the remaining caramel over the top.
Arrange another layer of crackers over the top. Press each cracker into the caramel mixture slightly so it is secure. Set pan aside for a few minutes.
In a bowl, combine chocolate and butterscotch pieces. Heat in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Stir in peanut butter.
Pour chocolate mixture over the top of crackers. Spread evenly over the top.
Chill bars until firm (minimum: 2 hours).
